The University of Waterloo Stratford (now the Stratford School of Interaction Design and Business) and the Canadian Digital Media Network engaged us to bring CommerceLab.ca, a new online resource centre, to life: to design a content strategy, build and manage an editorial team, roll out diverse daily content, engage strategic partners and create a distinctive voice that captured the attention of research and business leaders across the country. CommerceLab was a year-long project designed to power the development of new and creative digital innovations in Canada.
CommerceLab.ca evolved into an exciting interactive destination to showcase cutting-edge digital media research and for key industry players to connect. In the year it was active, our work delivered captive audiences and stakeholders who weren’t just engaged, but invested, in helping CommerceLab achieve its goals.
Pilot played a foundational role in realizing this vision, leading the creation of what became a powerful engagement platform that produced more than 200 original news stories, expert interviews, videos, guest and syndicated columns, illustrated eBooks, infographics and interactive business tools.
