Union Station

Union is more than a train station. It’s the country’s busiest transportation hub and the pulse of Toronto. As the station undergoes a $1.5-billion revitalization process, Pilot was engaged by Osmington, the private real estate company that holds the station’s 75-year lease, to develop the communications strategy related to their vision for the iconic Toronto landmark as a unique and engaging civic experience.

With an annual audience expected to grow to 150-million, Union is becoming a culinary destination with more than 60 per cent of its expanded retail offering a variety of tastes and flavours from established chefs and new ventures. With independent retail and essential offerings, the station will serve visitors and locals alike, and Union will make use of its beautiful Beaux Art building by offering continuous temporary programming that will engage, entertain and delight its visitors every day.
