Ellie is the Market Manager of the Cabbagetown Farmers’ Market – one of the oldest neighbourhood farmers markets in Toronto – owned and run by Pilot. The market allows us to engage with our community and contribute to the quality of life in the city we love. Ellie’s professional focus is sustainable food systems with a particular interest in community gardens. She holds a MA degree from the University of Guelph and a BA from Trent University.
