Natalie Bomberry

Director of Client Experience

Natalie Bomberry began her career at Pilot PMR working in media and stakeholder relations, communication planning, social media and event management. She has since moved into a senior project management role, which entails designing and directing the agency’s client relations practices.

Natalie is primarily focused on managing complex, multidisciplinary agency projects, including the development of a customer portal for a U.S.-based utility, and the implementation of a sophisticated contract management tool for Canada’s largest group purchasing organization in the healthcare sector.

Natalie is a member of the Aboriginal Professionals Association of Canada. She previously served as producer and general manager of the Actors Repertory Company. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations from Humber College and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Toronto.
